Jones Dead Dr. James H. Jones, who for several weeks had been suffering from pleuro-pneumonia, died at his home on Church street at South Fork about 6:15 o'clock Sunday morning. Dr. Jones fell some time ago, sustaining a fracture of one of his legs. Pneumonia then set in and resulted fatally. Dr. Jones came to South Fork little more than a year ago from Hyndman, Bedford County, where he had practiced medicine for a number of years. His birthplace was in England. During his practice here, Dr. Jones made many friends and enjoyed an excellent business. His wife died about four years ago and he is survived by a number of children. Undertaker C. O. Dimond shipped the remains to Hyndman where burial was made Tuesday afternoon.
