Latrobe Advance Wed, Nov 11, 1885
Mrs. Fannie Kelly, whose illness was noted in last week's Advance, died at the
residence of her husband, R. A. Kelly, at Gallitzin, on Saturday Deceased was a
daughter of Thomas Kirk, Sr., of this place, and formerly resided here. She
leaves a family of four children, all boys, the oldest being only eleven years
of age. Mrs. Kelly was aged thirty nine years and three months and spent the
greater portion of her life in Latrobe, and leaves many friends to mourn her
early death. She was a consistent member of the Catholic Church, a true friend,
devoted wife and loving mother. The remains were brought to Latrobe Saturday
evening, and interred in the Catholic Cemetery yesterday morning.
