JOHN W. KEARNEY

Of 1328 W. 2nd St., Cresson, died at 11:30 p.m. Friday at home.  He was born Sept. 13, 
1882, in Cresson Twp., a son of Michael and Ellen (Bradley) Kearney.  Surviving are four 
children, John Jr. and Mrs. Robert Yahner, both of Cresson, Michael of Pittsburgh and Mrs. A. 
H. Hickey of West Newbury, Mass., two grandchildren and three brothers and a sister, the Rev. 
Walter and Francis, both of Philadelphia, and Mrs. Helen Eckenrode and Adrian, both of 
Cresson.  He was a member of St. Francis Xavier's Catholic Church, Cresson.  Friends are being 
received at the Casher Funeral Home, Cresson.
