Daniel Kearns

Summerhill, Pa., March 25 -- Daniel Kearns, aged 42 years 
of this place, died of pneumonia and kidney trouble at noon 
today at his home. He had been ill for several months.  The 
deceased was born in Croyle Township and was a resident of 
Summerhill all his life. He worked for many years in the 
Pennsylvania car shops at Ehrenfield. Besides his wife, 
Mrs. Rose Kearns, the deceased is survived by his mother, 
Mrs. Katharine Kearns; one brother, T. J. Kearns of 
Conemaugh and a sister, Mrs. John Miller of Altoona.  The 
funeral will be held at 9 o'clock Saturday morning from the 
Summerhill Catholic Church and interment will be at 
Wilmore.
