Death of Elizabeth Kelly 

Tuesday morning at nine o'clock, after many months of 
patient suffering from tumorous cancer, Mrs. Elizabeth 
Kelly, wife of Townsman Isaac Kelly, died at her home in 
the West ward. A month ago Mrs. Kelly was admitted to the 
Memorial Hospital in Johnstown and her case received 
careful attention, but to no avail. She knew death was near 
and desired to return home.  She bore up bravely under her 
affliction.  She was prepared and left a brilliant 
testimony of her peace with God.  Her age was 74 years. 
Seven children and three grandchildren survive.  The 
funeral occurred at the Christian church Thursday morning, 
the Rev. J. A. Klucker, the pastor, conducting the 
services.
