Martha Kingston, a daughter of one of our most respected citizens died on 
Thursday night last of consumption at the age of sixteen years. Her beauty and 
gentle unobtrusive disposition endeared her to all who knew her and her death 
leaves an aching void in the hearts of parents and friends.
