John Kowalchik 

John Kowalchik, the nine-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Mike 
Kowalchik of Conemaugh, met an untimely death about 10 
o'clock Monday morning when he was trampled to death under 
the feet of a horse his father had recently purchased.
