Friday, October 10, 1902 DEATH OF MARY LANTZY Mary, wife of Joseph Lantzy, died at her home, Barr township, September 25, aged 78 years and one month. Deceased is survived by her aged husband, Joseph Lantzy, and the following children: William of Spangler; Susan, wife of Anthony Wyland of Spangler; John D. of Barr township; Simon P. of Garman's Mills; Michael of Barr township; Annie, wife of Valentine Weakland of Susquehanna township; Agnes, wife of Augustine Miller of St. Augustine, and a brother, William Bagley, aged 81 years. There are 65 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren left to mourn her death. The funeral took place on the following Friday morning at 9 o'clock. A requiem high mass was celebrated over the remains in the church of the Holy Cross, Spangler, Pa., after which the remains were taken to Carrolltown for interment.
