Died at Dixmont 

The County Commissioners have been notified of the death of Thomas Lewis, an inmate 
of the Western Pennsylvania Hospital for the Insane at Dixmont from this county at that 
institution Monday morning at 4 o'clock.  Dr. H. A. Hutchinson, Superintendent of the 
hospital, asked that some arrangements for the disposal of the remains be made at 
once.

Thomas Lewis was admitted to Dixmont in 1904 from Barnesboro.  His wife, it has been 
learned, has since secured a divorce from him and remarried.  His remains were not 
brought to Cambria County for interment.
