Mrs. McGlinsey, 79, of 805 Broadway, Juniata, died at 10:15 
a.m. Monday February 14, 1983 in Alexandria Convalescent Center.  
She was born June 5, 1903 in Johnstown, the daughter of James 
and Louisa (Dahl) Ruggles, and married to Harry C. McGlinsey.
Surviving are a son Kenneth Mater of Alexandria; two grandsons 
and two great-grandsons.  Also surviving is a sister, Mrs. Ruth 
B. Crum of Altoona.

Mrs. McGlinsey was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, 
Juniata.  She was a member and past president of the Ladies 
Auxiliary of the VFW, and a member of the Altair Chapter, Order 
of Eastern Star.

Arrangements by Grove Funeral Home, Alexandria.

Private services for Mrs. McGlinsey of 805 Broadway, 
Juniata will be held Thursday at the convenience of the family, 
in the Grove Funeral Home, Alexandria, by the Rev. John 
Klingeman.  Internment in Alexandria Presbyterian Cemetery, 
Alexandria.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be 
made to the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW Cancer Fund.
