PORTAGE PICKINGS.

  Miss Harriet McGough, of Portage township, sister of P. A. McGough, 
night operator at Sonman, died on Tuesday of last week, and was 
interred in the Catholic cemetery at Wilmore on Thursday following.  
Her disease was consumption.
