Michaels, Donald M., 49, 1555 Moore Drive, Gilbertsville, died July 30, 1983, at
Pottstown Hospital.  Born June 10, 1934, in Beaverdale, son of Ellis H. and
Cecilia (Sheridan) Michaels.  Preceded in death by parents, and brothers, John
and Walter, killed in action during World War II.  Survived by widow, former
Mary Catherine Litzinger, and children, Richard C. and Nancy, all of
Gilbertsville.  Brother of Mrs. Olive Brence, Lloydell; Mrs. Ethel Kemmerer,
Southampton; Edward, Sidman; James, Cleveland, Ohio; Herbert, Jeannette; and
Mrs. Esther Sloan and David Michaels, both of Johnstown.  Employed as contract
engineer for Gilbert Commonwealth Corp.  Retired Naval Reserve commander. 
Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Francis G. Ozog Funeral
Home, Broad Street.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m.
Wednesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, the Rt. Rev. Egbert H. Donovan. 
Interment, Grandview Cemetery.
