Instantly Killed 

Robert Morris was instantly killed near Vintondale Saturday 
about noon when an engine and two cars broke through the 
Vinton Colliery Company's bridge over the Blacklick, 
dropping about ten feet into the water.  The other members 
of the train crew escaped uninjured.

Morris was 25 years of age and unmarried. His home was in 
Coalport, Clearfield County.  The funeral was held Tuesday 
at St. Augustine.
