MISS GENEVIEVE MURRAY

Died July 23 at the home of her sister, Mrs. Zella McCool of 256 Piper 
street, Lilly, after an illness of 10 months.  She was born in Cresson 
township, a daughter of Bernard and Agnes (Behe) Murray.  She taught school 
in Cresson borough and Cresson township and later in Cassandra and Portage, 
where she was stationed until becoming ill.  Surviving are her mother and 
these sisters and brother: Mrs. John McCullough of Altoona, Mrs. C. H. Slater 
of Washington, D.C., Mrs. Zella McCool of Lilly and Mrs. Harold Boley and 
Alvin Murray, both of Cresson.  She was a member of St. Brigid's Catholic 
church, Lilly.
