The Patton courier: (Patton, Cambria Co., Pa.): 16 May 1929
Mrs. William Nelson, a former Patton resident, but for past three years residing in
Gallitzin, passed away at the Clearfield hospital, on Wednesday afternoon of this
week at 4 o’clock following an operation for appendicitis. Mrs. Nelson was aged
about forty-five years and was well known to practically all of our local readers.
Besides her husband, Mrs. Nelson is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Ruth Boland, of
Johnstown; and two sons, William, Jr., of Patton, and James, at home. The body will
be brought to Patton today. Funeral arrangements at the time of going to press were
not completed.
