Friday, 22 Sep 1905 Volume 39, Number 37 Alexander Parrish Alexander Parrish died Sunday evening at the home of his brother-in- law, Joseph Griffin in Munster township, aged 60 years. While the immediate cause of death was liver complaint, Mr. Parrish for the last 25 years of his life had been a paralytic. At the time he was stricken Mr. Parrish was express messenger between Philadelphia and Pittsburg and was on one of his runs. He was taken to Mr. Griffin's home and had lived there ever since. The deceased is survived by these brothers and sisters: Simon of Pittsburg; John of Munster township; Mrs. Joseph Griffin of Munster township; Mrs. Joseph Boland of Cresson. The funeral was held from St. Michael's Church, Loretto Wednesday morning, interment being made in the parish cemetery following a high mass of requiem.
