Friday, 20 Oct 1905 Volume 39, Number 40 Killed at Cresson While standing on the tracks of the Pennsylvania Railroad at Cresson Sunday morning at 3 o'clock arguing with a drunken companion, Bert Parsello, an Italian, was struck by St. Louis Express, hurled a considerable distance and instantly killed. His companion was brushed to the side of the track, was turned over and over two or three times and got up uninjured. The two men reside in Gallitzin and started to walk to Benscreek to take part in a jollification Sunday. They lost their way and landed at Cresson and after making inquiry at the roundhouse as to the proper road to pursue, they started anew to reach their destination but again went wrong and Parsello was endeavoring to convince his drunken companion of the fact when No. 7 cut short the argument.
