JAMES PIERCE.

  James Pierce, aged 78, died at his home in Gallitzin at 3 o'clock 
Sunday morning, of heart trouble.  He is survived by his wife and five 
children - James, of Grafton; Emma Jane, of Derry; Mrs. Thomas Furnace, 
of Punxsutawney; Mrs. Harry Mock, of Derry, and Joseph, of Cresson.  
The funeral will be held at Gallitzin this afternoon.
