Died in Altoona 

Miss Elsie Piper, the nineteen-year-old daughter of Mr. and 
Mrs. John Piper, formerly of Gallitzin, died last Friday 
morning at ten o'clock of typhoid fever at her home in 
Altoona.  The funeral took place Sunday afternoon at 
Altoona.
