Friday, February 1, 1907 Volume 41, Number 5 Mrs. Caroline Prycer Mrs. Caroline Prycer, an aged and respected resident of Nicktown, died at her home at that place, Friday, January 18th, after being confined to her bed for over ten months from diseases incident to old age. Mrs. Prycer was born in Germany 87 years ago and was married three times; her last husband being Andrew Prycer, to whom she was married at St. Mary's, Elk county, about 48 years ago. The deceased, accompanied by her husband, came to Cambria county about 43 years ago and located on a farm in Blacklick township, later moving to Nicktown, where her husband died two years ago at the age of 94. The following children survive: Andrew Prycer of Timpson, Texas and Joseph of Barr township, this county; Wm. G. Regley of Timpson, Texas and Michael Regley of Cripple Creek, Col., by a former marriage and Geo. Harth, of Jamesville, Clearfield county, a son of the first marriage of the deceased. The funeral services were held the following Monday and after a requiem high mass in St. Michael's church at Nicktown, the remains were interred in the church cemetery.
