The Alleghanian. (Ebensburg, Pa.) 1859-1865: September 04, 1862
In Blacklick township, on the 25th ult., after a protracted illness, Mrs. Catherine
Reed, in the 25th year of her age. She has left a heart stricken husband and three
motherless babes to plod life's mazy pathway without a wife's angel presence or a
mother's watchful care and sympathy.
