DIED - George Saxe, of Cambria city, Cambria county, in an altercation 
with Mike Finnegan on Christmas day, shot at him, and hit, instead, his 
mother, Margaret Finnegan, killing her almost instantly. After firing, 
Saxe dropped the gun and Finnegan picked it up and beat Saxe so that 
his life is despaired of.
