Mother of 16 Children Dead 

Margaret, wife of Conrad Schirf of Nicktown, mother of 16 children, died at 8:15 
Saturday morning following an illness of several weeks. She was 48 years old and is 
survived by nine children.  The funeral was held Monday morning with mass at St. 
Nicholas Catholic church, Nicktown.
