Schrack Passes Away Following Operation at the Spangler Hospital Samuel T. Schrack, who for ten or twelve years past, had operated a steam sawmill in various localities in the north of the county, died at the Spangler Hospital Tuesday following an operation Monday evening for gall stones. Mr. Schrack became ill at his home at the foot of Mullen's Hill, Munster Township, Saturday, and Dr. F. C. Jones of this place, who was called, arranged for his transfer to the hospital for an operation. Mr. Schrack was a native of Clinton County and was fifty- seven years of age. He is survived by his wife, five sons and three daughters, all of adult age. Three of his sons, B. H., James and Terrence are married and reside near the sawmill they had recently set up to cut a track in Munster Township owned by Ira Bloom of Ebensburg. William and Charles reside at home. The daughters are Annie, wife of E. H. Gates of Coalport, Clearfield County; Jennie, wife of L. E. Gill of Ebensburg and Lulu, at home.
