Mrs. Shoemaker Dead 

Ebensburg people were shocked Thursday evening when they 
learned of the death at 3:30 o'clock that afternoon of Mrs. 
Harry A. Shoemaker at the age of 67 years.  Mrs. Shoemaker 
had been ill for some time.  The funeral is to take place 
at 8:30 o'clock Monday morning from the church of the Holy 
Name, a mass of requiem being said by Rev. Father H. M. 
O'Neil.

The deceased was the daughter of the late John I. Meyers, 
who came to Ebensburg from Pittsburg a great many years 
ago.  One sister, Miss Margaret Meyers of Ebensburg, 
survives her. Mrs. Shoemaker's husband and the following 
children also survive:  William, Philip and Bessie of 
Ebensburg; Maud of Pittsburg; Dr. Edward Shoemaker of 
Tyrone and Mildred, wife of Clifford Fuller of Pittsburg.
