Monday, August 20, 1951 CHARLES H. SHUSS Of Carrolltown, died at 2.30 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the Miners hospital in Spangler. Mr. Shuss was born in St. Lawrence Jan. 11, 1890, a son of Milton and Clare (Gill) Shuss. He was employed as a carpenter all his life, and was a member of St. Benedict church of Carrolltown, the Knights of St. George and the Holy Name society. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Anna (Gonsman) Shuss, and these children: Bernard of Cleveland, Nelson of Detroit, Mrs. William Wetzel of Cleveland, Leroy of Honolulu, Robert and Adrian of Cleveland, Cyril of Patton, Richard of marine corps at Quantico, Va., Paul at the army Aberdeen proving grounds, Md.; one step-daughter, Mrs. Gerald Moran of Altoona; three brothers and two sisters, Albert of Pittsburgh, Irvin and Philip of Patton and Mrs. Thomas Dailey of Detroit and Mrs. Elizabeth Rennie of Bridgeport, Conn. Friends are being received at the Stevens funeral home, Carrolltown.
