Patton Resident Coal Mine Victim
Frank Smith Caught under Fall, Dying Within Two Hours, Aged 
Forty-eight

Patton, March 11 -- Frank Smith, forty-eight years of age, 
was caught under a fall of coal in one of the mines here 
Monday afternoon about 3 o'clock and so badly injured that 
his death followed within a couple of hours.  His wife is 
dead and one daughter survives.  Undertaker C. C. Greninger 
will inter the remains tomorrow afternoon after services at 
2 o'clock in the Methodist church.
