JOSEPH SEWARD SMITH.

  Joseph Seward Smith, aged 25, who has relatives in this city, died 
late Monday afternoon at the home of his parents, Harry E. and Amanda 
May Ober Smith, at Johnstown.  Death was due to pulmonary troubles, 
with which he suffered for two years.  The young man was born at 
Loysburg, Bedford county, June 16, 1892, and was taken to Johnstown by 
his parents the following year.  He is survived by his parents, two 
sisters and a brother.  Funeral services were held Wednesday.
