Friday, 5 Jan 1912 Volume 45, Number 1 Mrs. Julia Smith Mrs. Julia Smith of Tunnelhill, one of the pioneer settlers of Cambria county, died at her home at 2:50 Saturday morning of diseases incident to old age. She had several children – among them being Fathers Thomas P. and Matthew S. Smith, rectors of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Mrs. Smith had been in ill health for several years and had been confined to her bed for about three weeks. She was well known all through central Pennsylvania.
