Friday, 3 Feb 1905 Volume 39, Number 4 Peter Subody [name is faded in newspaper so this may not be spelled correctly] While shoving ore at No. 5 blast furnace of the Cambria Steel Company, Johnstown, Monday night, Peter Subody of Cambria City was instantly killed. The man was standing underneath the ore trestles when a heavy plank broke, striking him. A pile of ore then crushed him to the ground. The remains were interred Tuesday morning in Lower Yoder after services at St. Stephen's Catholic Church, in charge of the Rev. Father Martvon.
