Patton

  Henry Swope, aged 67, of Chestnut [sic] township, near Patton, died 
last night after an illness of three days of pneumonia.  Mr. Swope was 
one of the pioneers of northern Cambria.  He leaves a widow and a large 
family of children.  Funeral services will take place Saturday morning 
at St. Mary's Roman Catholic church.  Interment will be made at the 
Catholic cemetery.  Walter S. Swope, a son of the deceased, was fireman 
on the runaway freight train from Kittanning Point to Altoona.
