Friday, 13 Jan 1905 Volume 39, Number 1 Prominent Gallitzin Man Dead Gallitzin, Jan. 14 John J. Troxell, one of the most prominent residents of this vicinity died of a complication of disease at 2:30 o'clock this morning at his late residence in this place. He was seventy-eight years old. Mr. Troxell is survived by two daughters: Annie, wife of J. A. Reed and Emma, wife of F. N. Bradley, both of this place. Mr. Troxell was the father of Dr. T. S. Troxell who was stricken with paralysis and died while performing an operation in Cresson about a month ago. Funeral services will be held at 9 o'clock Saturday morning in St. Patrick's Catholic church at this place. Interment will be made at Loretto.
