Thursday Morning, January 4, 1917 JOHN WESTOVER. John Westover, a well known resident of Johnstown, dropped dead of heart disease at the livery stable of W. R. Williams in that city at an early hour yesterday morning. He was 50 years old. His wife, recently discharged from a hospital, is residing with her daughter, Mrs. Joseph Getz, of Johnstown. Another daughter, Mrs. Skyles, was killed in an automobile accident on the Ebensburg road last summer. Mr. Westover was born in Hollidaysburg and was a son of J. R. and Annie S. Westover. He is survived by his widow, Jane Steele Westover, and a daughter mentioned above. Mr. Westover was a brother of James E. Westover, of this city; Mrs. Bertha Nelson, of Lebanon; Mrs. Harry Sanders, of Hollidaysburg; Mrs. John Riley, of Hollidaysburg, and Miss Annie Westover. His mother also survives. Funeral services will be conducted from the home this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, with interment following in the Grandview cemetery.
