At about 3 yesterday afternoon an accident which cost the life of a Gallitzin boy occurred near that place. Elmer Williamson, aged about 19 years, was taking a free ride on a freight train. In some unknown manner he slipped and fell from the train, landing beneath the wheels, where his young life was crushed out. The mangled remains were taken to Gallitzin and prepared for burial. The deceased is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Williamson, and by several brothers and sisters. He worked for the Pennsylvania railroad as a member of the Gallitzin signal gang.
