Funeral services for Elmer Ellsworth Wright, 61, 749 Powell Avenue, Cresson, retired engineer for the Pennsylvania Railroad, will be conducted at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon in the Davis Funeral Home, Conemaugh, by Rev. E. E. Ormston, pastor of Conemaugh United Brethren Church. Interment will be in Headrick Cemetery. Mr. Wright died at 4:30 o'clock yesterday morning at his home. He was born in the state of Indiana, a son of Joseph A. and Mary K. (Naylor) Wright. He was married twice, the first time to Cora Murphy of Conemaugh who died several years ago in Altoona. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Mary F. (McDonald) Wolfe-Wright, and one son, D. D. Wright, Trafford City. There are two grandchildren, Lois and Floyd Wright. Mr. Wright was a brother of Mrs. Willis Hoffman, Vinco; Mrs. Hattie Valance, Johnstown; Mrs. J. D. Hoffman, Conemaugh; Mrs. John Colbert, Ebensburg, and Mrs. William Knepper, Akron.
