Printed form: To the Superintendent of the Pennsylvania Reform School. 
Morganza, Washington Co., Pa.  Sir: I am informed that Jno. Rosenbaum will in a 
short time be entitled to release and I write requesting that he be paroled to 
me.  I promise to furnish him with a good home and to find employment for him 
as soon as he is released, and to report every three months to the 
Superintendent in writing, giving a true statement of his employment and 
behavior.  Below you will find my name and address.  Name: John Rosenbaum.  
Street and No.: Chapin Str. 120.  Postoffice: Johnstown, Cambria Co., Pa.

Additional Comments:
Another printed form, dated D Division, Dec. 17, 1895: Stated that John 
Rosenbaum has his merits, has received his suit of clothing made for him, 
and "fitted out, photographed and is now delivered to you to be paroled."
