Friday, 9 Apr 1909 Volume 43, Number 15 Two New Babies [Kephart and Osborn] Attorney John W. Kephart is a very much elated man as the result of the arrival at his home in Ebensburg of an eight- pound baby girl. The child was born last Sunday and since that time Mr. Kephart has been busily engaged in receiving congratulations from his many friends. Charles S. Evans, now known as "Uncle Carp," is also receiving congratulations as he weighed the baby Monday morning. This is a very important task. County Commissioner Thomas Osborn is also receiving congratulations over the arrival of a baby girl. Mrs. Osborn and child are at the home of Mrs. Osborn's mother in Johnstown and are doing very nicely.
