Davis-Griffith Marriage 

Miss Cora Griffith, daughter of Street Commissioner Daniel 
Griffith, and Byron Davis, son of Mrs. Elizabeth Davis, 
both of the East Ward, were quietly wedded at the home of 
the bride at 8:30 o'clock yesterday morning by the Rev. 
Samuel G. Craig, pastor of the Ebensburg Presbyterian 
Church.  After a wedding breakfast, the young couple drove 
to Cresson in an automobile where they boarded a train for 
a honeymoon trip to Washington, D. C.  Both young people 
are well and favorably known in the county seat. Mr. Davis 
is a clerk in Barker Brothers' Store.
