Friday, 4 Aug 1905 Volume 39, Number 30 Howell-Davis Married on Tuesday, August 1st, 1905, by the Rev. James Jenkins, pastor of the North and South Congregational churches at North Ebensburg, Miss Mary Howell and Mr. Morgan Davis. The wedding took place promptly at 12 o'clock and the attendants were Miss Letitia Jenkins and Mr. Lemuel Powell, a brother of the bride. After the ceremony which united the happy couple, a wedding luncheon was served at Chestnut Cottage, the home of the pastor. Later the wedding party were driven to Ebensburg where the bride and groom took the train to Atlantic City and other points east. After the honeymoon they will be at home at Iowa City, Iowa. Miss Howell is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Howell of South Ebensburg and is a young lady who is highly regarded and much beloved by all her friends. Mr. Davis is a well known young business man of Iowa City.
