Friday, 9 Jun 1905 Volume 39, Number 22 Hite-Evans Mr. George C. Hite of Langondale, Bedford county, and Miss Anita Evans, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John D. Evans of the East ward, Ebensburg, were united in marriage Thursday of this week by the Rev. J. Twyson Jones at the Congregational parsonage. Miss Evans was the very popular and accommodating operator at the Bell Telephone Co.'s office in this place. Mr. Hite, it will be remembered, was formerly a clerk in the office of the Commercial Coal Co., in this place, and is an exemplary young man. After a brief wedding tour the couple will locate at Langondale. We join with their many friends in extending congratulations.
