M'Pike-Ward 

Married in Wilmore, this county, on the 31st ult., by the Rev. I. Hackitt, 
Mr. Henry A. M'Pike of Altoona to Miss Annie Ward, of the former place.  
We congratulate our friend "Mac," whilom of this county and an editor of 
the successful termination of this little affair of his.  Now that the deed is 
done and two willing hearts indissolubly linked in the strongest of all earthly 
ties, may both bridegroom and bride go on prospering and to prosper until 
a green old age, happy and contented, attests a life well spent.
