Married at Cumberland 

Outwitting their friends by a clever ploy, Miss Dorothy Fitch and Irvin [name cut off] 
both of Carrolltown, went to Cumberland Tuesday and were married.  The couple 
attended a ball Monday evening.

Returning to Carrolltown, they secured a rig and by a roundabout route [word cut off] 
Gallitzin, where they boarded a train for Cumberland.  Both are well known in 
Carrolltown.
