First, I give and bequeath my immortal soul to Almighty God who give it: and my body to be burried according to the Rites of the Romon Catholic Church at Carrolltown. Second, I direct my Executors hereinafter mentioned to pay my just debts and funeral expences out of the first money that shall come into their hands. Third, I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Apoplolona All my personal property, monies, notes, Judgments & Bood accounts. And after her death what is left or remains then to be equeally divided between my beloved children namely Frank I. Baker, Theodore Baker, Mary intermarried with Leonard Farbaugh, Leobald Baker and Malinda intermarried to John Willman. I do hereby constitute nominate and appoint my beloved wife Apolona, and my son Francis I. Baker my trued and lawful Executors of this my last will and testmant. In Witness whereby I have hereunto placed my hand and seal this nineteenth day of July in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy three.
