BAKER (BECKER) In God Amen, Last will and Testament of Francis J. Becker of Hastings, Pa. Cambria Co. Penna. made this 20 day of June 1893. I, Francis J. Becker, Having the sirtenteey of Death give and bequeeth my Soul to God and then I Dispose of my Earthley Property as follows, viz: I give and beqeeth first to my Woman -- Cathern Three hundred Dollars, $300.00, in cash. Secondley, I give and beqeeth the Balence of my Property as follows. first I wish That my Body be Burred in a Comon becoming Catholic maner after a Requeem hye mass in the St. Bonifacius Cemetery Pa. and a Marbel Tombe Stone must be Placed on my grave Same as the one of my Decd wife Elisabeth. Then my Exicuter whome I will hereinafter mention Shall See to it and Pay for the Servis of having Holy masses Said for my and the Soul of my wife Elisabeth to the amount of One hundred Dollars, three Requims, One at the Burial One in 6 month thereafter and the third One on the years day after my Death, and the Balence of the one hundred dollars in low masses to Suite the Catholic Priest as soon as Passable after my Death half masses to be Said in the St. Bonifacus and the other half in the Hastings Church. After this is all Paid my Honest Debts if there Should exist evey shall first be Paid and of the Balence I Dispose as follows, in Preference One hundred Dollars shall be Paid to my daughter Marey then all Balence Shall be Devided Equeley amoung my Children, John A. Becker, Katherin, Marey, Julie Ann. My Executor Shall Sell and Devid the Proceeds of my Property to my Children as Near as Passable after One year after my Death, and as my Exicutor to fullfill this my last will and Testament I apoint, Mr. John A.
