I, Henry Freidhoff of Morreville in the County of Cambria State of Pennsylvania, being in ( blank ) health of body, and of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, in manner following. That is to say, I order that all my just debts, funeral expenses and charges or proving this, my will, be in the first place fully paid and satisfied; and after payment thereof, and every part thereof, I give and bequeath to the resident pastor of St. Mary's German Catholic Church of Johnstown, Pa., at the time of my death, the sum of fifty dollars for the payment of Masses for me. I give and bequeath to my wife Margaret Freidhoff all my personal property of every kind wheresoever situated, and the rents and profits arising from my farm in Somerset County during her natural life. All the rest of my real estate, viz: my homestead in Morrelville, Cambria County and a certain log of ground in New Baltimore, Somerset County, Penna., I give, devise and bequeath, absolutely and in fee simple, to my wife Margaret Freidhoff, her heirs and assigns, forever. After the death of my said wife, all property not herein devised and bequeathed absolutely and in fee to my wife, shall be divided equally between my daughters and sons, their heirs and assigns. Provided, that the sum of two hundred and twenty-four dollars (no interest to be added) which I have paid for my son William A. Freidhoff, shall be deducted from his share in the said division and added to the share of the other heirs. In do hereby make, constitute and appoint my said wife, Margaret Freidhoff to be executrix of this my last Will and Testament and I request that she be not required to give bond for the performance of her duty as such. In witness whereof I, Henry Freidhoff the testator above named, have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the twentieth day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven.
