I will that all my just debts and funeral expenses by paid at once. 2nd. I will, give and bequeath all my estate real, personal and mixed to my husband Daniel Hanlon absolutely to him, his heirs and assigns forever. 3rd. I appoint and constitute my husband Daniel to be executor of this my last will and testament. Signed, sealed, delivered and declared this to be my last will and testament on this 22nd day of September 1913 in the presence of the undersigned who at my request in my presence and in the presence of each other acknowledge this to be my last will and testament.
