I, Elizabeth Hartman, of Carrolltown Borough, County of Cambria, and State of Penna. Being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills made by me at any time heretofore. First. I give my immortal Soul to Almighty God who gave it, and after death, directed my body to be decently buried according to the Rites of the Roman Catholic Church. Second. I direct my Executrix hereinafter mentioned to pay all my funeral expenses and just debts out of the first money that shall come into her hands. Third. I will and bequeath all my personal estate, personal, mixed and real estate; no matter where situated, for which I have deed or deeds for same to Catherine E. Farabaugh (wife of Edward Farabaugh) in trust for my daughter Mary Hartman (who is nonconipos? mentis) with full power to said Trustee to make sale on sales, and deed or deeds for same at private or public sale on sales, and use the proceeds of personal and real estate for the maintenance of said Mary Hartman aforesaid. Forth. And if there should be an overplus after the death of said Mary Hartman be or remain, I bequeath all the same, be it personal, mixed or real estate to Catherine E. Farabaugh (wife of Edward Farabaugh) for her trouble. Fifth. I direct my Executrix to erect a suitable tomb stone at my grave for me, not to exceed $25.00. I nominate and appoint Catherine E.
