Jenkins of the Borough of Johnstown, County of Cambria, and State of Pennsylvania, being in good health, sound mind, memory, and understanding, do make and declare this to be my will and testament in manner following, that is to say, I order that all my just debts, funeral expenses and charges of pending this my will, be in the first place fully paid and satisfied, and after payment thereof and every part thereof I give and bequeath to Sarah. E. Jenkins, my beloved wife, all my goods, chattels, debts, any money, effects and other my estate whatsoever and wheresoever, both real and personal. And I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint J. S. Strayer, of Johnstown Borough, executor of this my will , hereby revoking and making void all former and other wills by me at anytime heretofore made, and declare this only to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I, be said testator, have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal the 11 day of August 1883. X his mark DAVID E.
