Last Will and Testament of James Maloney In the name of God amen I James Maloney of Allegheny Township, Cambria County Pennsylvania Mechanic being sick and weak in body but of sound mind memory and understanding do make and declare this to be my last will and Testament hereby revoking all other wills by me made at any other time heretofore. First I devise to dispose of whatever God has seen fit to entrust me with in the following manner. That is to say I order all my just debts funeral expenses and charges of proving this my last will be in the first place fully paid and satisfied every part thereof. First I give and bequeath to my son James H. Maloney the Farm he now resides upon Containing two hundred acres more or less also I give and bequeath to my said son James H. - the full sum of five hundred and sixty dollars or all that is back on Article of Agreement between myself and my son James H. Maloney and all my tinner tools & stock, one horse Hayrake and my rifle Gun. 2nd I give and bequeath to my son William Maloney three hundred dollars. 3" I give and bequeath to my grandson Francis Maloney son of my dec'd son Robert, the sum of Three Hundred dollars, 4" I give and bequeath to my grand daughter Mary Gorman daughter of my daughter Margaret the sum of Twenty five dollars, 5" I give Priest who attends me in my last Hours the sum of twenty five dollars, I give to the St Augustine Clergy twenty five dollars for masses for myself and my dec'd wife. 7" I direct my Executor to place a common head and foot stone at my grave. All the above bequests or amount of money to be paid by my son James H. Maloney after my death, 8" All the residue and remainder of my goods and chattels ready money and other of my Estate whatsoever I give the same to be divided in three equal parts, one third to my aforesaid James H. Maloney, one third to my daughterinlaw Catharine Maloney the last third to my Niece Agnes Wilkinson. And should Mineral of Any Kind whatsoever be discovered on said within described Farm it is my desire and will that the profits arisen therefrom shall be equally divided between my said son James H. Maloney, my son William Maloney and my grand son Francis Maloney, And I do nominate constitute and appoint my son James H. Maloney of Allegheny Township, Cambria County Penna my Executor of this my last will and testament, in witness whereof I the said testator have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal this 20" day of September A.D. 1881.
