I, Michael Overbarger of the twp. of Carroll, County of Cambria, State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, do make this my last will & testament, hereby revoking all others by me made. I bequeath my Soul to God & direct that I be buried in the Catholic Cemetery in Carrolltown by the side of my deceased wife: I bequeath to my son John B. Overbarger the farm on which I now reside on conditions that follows hereafter. I bequeath to my son Joseph Overbarger the sum of one hundred & fifty dollars, to be paid by my son John as follows, fifty dollars to be paid within one year after my death, and fifty each year thereafter until this bequest shall be paid in full. I bequeath to my daughter Teresa A**p*, the sum of one hundred dollars, to be paid as follows, fifty dollars within one year after my son Joseph has been paid his bequest as provided above in full, then one year after that (the payment last mentioned) shall be paid the remaining fifty dollars of this bequest. Now the conditions on which the above bequest to my son John, (of the farm on which I now reside) and which he is to comply fully with are, that he shall pay the foregoing bequests to my son Joseph, and my daughter Teresa as directed in this will. I also bequeath to my son John all benefits in money that I may be entitled to from St. Josephs Beneficial Association of which I am a member. I direct that my son John shall pay all my funeral expenses and debts as another of the conditions depending on the bequests made to him. I also bequeath to my son John all money's that may be due me from any source at the time of my death, or that may be in my possession at that time. I hereby appoint my son John Executor of this my last will & testament. Witness my mark this (20) twentieth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and eighty four.
